- Tear out old paneling
- Add framing & electrical
- Add insulation & vapor barrier
- Reinforce walls with a layer of plywood
- Drywall over plywood
- Paint
- Recessed lighting
- Platform for level desk
- Home security system hub
Work we have yet to do on Ian’s office includes…
- Level the floors & add flooring
- Add shelving system to walls & decorate
- Do something about that crazy entrance!
